Use the easiest screen for choosing
A phone is convenient for a quick title search. A tablet gives more room to compare posters, while a desktop can make several filters easier to manage. You do not need to make the final viewing decision on the device where you first heard the recommendation.
Keep the useful clues visible
Open Quick look for a short premise without leaving the catalog row. Check the year and format when similar names appear. On a narrow screen, those labels are often more useful than trying to distinguish tiny poster details. A cast-name search can help when the title itself is difficult to remember.
Move your list deliberately
Browser storage belongs to the browser where the choice was saved. A different profile, private window or device may not have the same entries. Use Create backup and Merge backup to move recognized titles and missing checkpoints. Check the result instead of assuming the move was automatic.
For actual playback, follow the selected service's supported-device guidance. The ability to browse a catalog does not prove that a television browser or older console supports every viewing option. Find the exact production first, then choose the device and app combination that can show it comfortably.
