Did the page load at all?
If the homepage is unavailable, try another familiar website and note the browser's error. If the homepage opens but search appears empty, clear the search filters first. A leftover language, format or date restriction can hide a perfectly valid result. Resetting filters does not erase your saved films.
Did Watch now open?
A working title page and a failed external destination are separate observations. Keep the film name and year, check the selected country and try the viewing link again after a normal reload. Did the video start and then pause?
When the problem occurs inside the viewing service's player, use its quality settings and help. Test one change at a time, such as a lower supplied resolution, and keep your episode place before switching options. Repeatedly changing unrelated browser settings can make the original problem harder to isolate.
Before clearing cookies or website storage, create a list backup. Save the exact error text, title, selected country and device when seeking further help. Those details explain far more than a screenshot of an empty tab alone.
